• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500.

• A shipping charge of ₹75 is applicable only on Cow Ghee products.

• Estimated delivery time may vary based on location and availability.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Products once sold will only be eligible for return or exchange in case of damage, defect, or wrong item delivered.

• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with proper photo or video proof.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
