At Key Pharma, we are committed to delivering your wellness products in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all major cities and pin codes supported by our delivery partners.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500.

• A shipping charge of ₹75 is applicable only on Cow Ghee products, regardless of the order value.

• For orders below ₹500 (except Cow Ghee), a nominal shipping charge may apply, which will be shown at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

• You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once the product is dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

5. Delays & Exceptions

• While we aim to deliver on time, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, courier delays, or public holidays.

• Key Pharma will not be held responsible for such delays but will keep you informed via email or phone.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its status.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof so that we can assist you promptly.
